First Baptist Church of Glenarden Worship Center

First Baptist Church of Glenarden provide a number of options to suit your schedule, whether you like to worship afterwards in the day or at night or if you rise early.

Sunday services

8:30, 10:00, and 1:00 PM ET
Weekly Sunday worship services are offered at the Worship Center at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and noon.
Additionally, services are held for special occasions and on fourth Sundays at 6:30 p.m. at the Worship Center (Communion service).
Ten minutes prior to the start of the service, praise and worship start.

Sunday School

10 a.m. and noon ET
Sunday School courses are offered to both adults and kids on-site and online.
Adult Sunday School is held in the evening at 4:30 p.m.

Bible Study

Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
Join First Baptist Church of Glenarden digitally for:

worship service every Tuesday at 7 p.m.
This service will be apart from Tuesdays before 4th Sunday for a midweek dosage of the Word.
Children and youth can also participate in Bible study.

Young people’s Bible Study

Children ages from three months to eleven are eligible for children’s Bible studies.
The ministry organizes activities and special occasions offers:
engaging chances for teaching in God’s Word
sets a good example
empowers kids by molding their minds to desire to live for Jesus at all times.

Baptism

Every month on the third Tuesday, at 7 p.m. ET
Every month, the Tuesday before the fourth Sunday is set aside for baptisms at the Ministry Center.
There’s also the option of going virtual.

Communion Service

Each month on the fourth Sunday, at 6:30 p.m. ET
The Worship Center hosts a Communion Service every month on the fourth Sunday at 6:30 p.m.
In this service, First Baptist Church of Glenarden extend an invitation to the newcomers to receive the right hand of brotherhood.
The New Member Orientation has to be finished by new members.
